Bill is a graduate of the University of Connecticut in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.

Experience in the Field:

• The Connecticut Physical Therapy Association
• The American Physical Therapy Association: the Private Practice and Orthopedic Special Interest Sections
• Previous appointments have included seats on the Clinical Advisory panels for physical therapy at the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University. He has been Vice President of the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association and has been on several committees.
